February 2021 | Kerman & Co. is delighted to announce its combination with Armstrong Teasdale LLP, a 120-year-old U.S. law firm that has forged long-term relationships with clients large and small around the globe. This is an important development for us and we look forward to delivering the same service you’ve come to expect from us under the new banner. It will be the same team but expanded and strengthened with the assistance of our new American partners.
Armstrong Teasdale, which is ranked among the top 200 law firms in the United States where it is based, has extensive experience in nearly every area of the law. The addition of Kerman & Co. personnel is effective Feb 5, 2021. Our combined firms boast roughly 340 lawyers and 300 staff professionals.
