January 2019 | Our partner law firm Kerman & Co in the UK has merged with the boutique law firm Coffey Graham. They specialized in advising on complex technology transactions, often with a multi-jurisdictional and/ or regulatory angle. Their clients were in the private and public sectors and include both buyers and suppliers. Rory Graham joined Kerman & Co as a partner heading up their Technology and Outsourcing practice and Suzanne Eva joined their Corporate practice as a partner.
